There is no embroidery on this hat. It is a screen print and had it been advertized as just that would not have been so bad. ALso the lining in the top half is so stiff and large that it does not lie flat as shown in the picture. It is the worst fitting hat i have ever received out of at least 15 other hats. My husband ordered this for me and now I can't get any one to respond to my complaints. Worst purchase he has made.
Its not embroidered at all. Not one stitch of embroidery. False advertising telling people it's embroidery when it's not. Requesting a full refund.

It’s overpriced. The picture makes the cat appear almost 3D but the actual product is flat.

Product is a fraud. Nothing embroidered, just printed. Will be filing credit card fraud claim unless all money is refunded, including shipping.

Been over a week and no hat yet. Tracking uses SHOP which is essentially trying to sell you something. Somehow it wants you to use Google acct to track. Not going to happen/ No clue where it is.
When I got my cap in the mail I was expecting an embroidered cap but mine was screen printed and no embroidered. A good imitation and the quality was good but a little disappointed when you compare the photo online.

The hat is from China and is really cheap looking and feeling. There was no necklace in my order. I hope to get my money back.
